The dragon boat team Rhenania Dragons participates at an ambitioned level on several races during the season. Off-season, during winter, the circuit training makes sure the team to will get even fitter for the following season.
As part of the dragon boat team Rhenania Dragons I volunteered to support the team and the club with a video in order to motivate new people to join us.
